History

OCI Power was established in 2012 through 100% equity investment by OCI.
Beginning with the US Alamo Solar PV Project, we launched our solar energy solutions business in close partnership with KACO Korea,
the Korean R&D subsidiary of KACO, a German solar inverter manufacturer.
In 2019, OCI Power created a synergy between Korean and German technological excellence by acquiring KACO Korea.
